       Product Description:
         Combining a new type of coalescence-separation and charge balancing technology, it's an innovative product developed for the oil having high moisture and been heavily emulsified. The main function is to rapidly and efficiently remove the moisture, gas and impurities, making all quality index of the oil reach or surpass the standard of new oil, achieving a long-term on-line operation, ensuring the unit control and lubricating system work normally, prolonging the period of its maintenance cycle. Secondary filter adopts WSD charge balancing purification technology, having the submicron purification and system super-purification properties.
 
         Features:
        1.  Using the current international advanced coalescence-separation technology, characterized by the high dehydration speed, and the result is particularly obvious for the high or the super moisture content (5000-300000ppm).  
        2.  Adopting the charge balancing precise filtration technology, features high filtration accuracy, long-term on-line operation to remove the system sludge, varnish; maintain the oil cleanliness below the NAS5.
        3.  Using advanced automatic wet-pit device, without a manpower turning on the water; low power consumption (total power only 0.75-4.0KW), low operation cost; long continuous running (more than 500hours); filtration under the normal temperature, no heating, without the oil physical and chemical properties, the oil service life extending; the structure simple and compact, easy to use and maintain, could be operated on line.
